NEVERSLEEP - As An Animal (Music Video)

The latest NEVERSLEEP single 'As An Animal' is accompanied by this post-human-world music-video in which a philosophical cockroach is chased by a serial-killer pig (both are in anthropomorphic guise) and fights for its existence.

The entire video was created purely with a sequence of photographs and purposely left unstabilised in order to retain the restless aesthetic.

The Berlin Electro-Pop duo NEVERSLEEP released their album 'In Ten City' in November 2013.

Philosophical Cockroach – Oskar Brown
Killer Pig – Dirk Pogrzeba

Directed, Shot and Edited by Niels Bouman

Laibach - The Whistleblowers

“The Whistleblowers” is a dark-pop music video serving as a visual manifest for the Slovenian group, who also co-founded the art collective NSK (Neue Slovenische Kunst).
The song is from the forthcoming Laibach album  “Spectre” and was inspired by by people like Edward Snowden and Chelsea Manning.

from laibach.org
"The Whistleblowers music video was directed by Norwegian artist Morten Traavik. Video was shot in Riga (Latvia) using a LOMO soviet camera lens.
Morten: The lens creates both the unique texture of the images and the extreme widescreen format, much like a three-stripe national flag with the video as the middle stripe."
